Thanks for your response. To further troubleshoot your connection issue, please copy and paste the following command line into a Windows Command Prompt on your computer and press enter. (File path: C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe)
nc -v -v -v –v 209.58.132.144 30840
or you can try this command line instead:
telnet 209.58.132.144 30840
Please let us know if one of the following happens after you press enter:
You receive a random text output.
You receive no output.

Executa o CMD como Administrador e roda esse comando;
Ainda no CMD execute esse comando;
Pode fechar o CMD e fim
